Legitimate Interest: Processing is necessary for the Company's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, risk management, platform analytics, service personalization, and improving and marketing the Services, weighed against your rights and interests
Consent: Clients have given explicit consent for specific processing activities

The Liquidity Provider that receives and manages client funds
Introducing brokers (with consent)

Legal Requirements: Information may be disclosed when required by law, court order, or to protect legal rights and interests.

Navion Fx Limited does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. International Data Transfers

Personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of client residence. Cross-border transfers are carried out in accordance with the data protection laws applicable to each client, which differ by jurisdiction. For example, for clients in India, transfers are permitted by default under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 to any destination other than a country the Indian government specifically restricts by notification; as of the effective date of this policy, no such restriction has been notified.

Navion Fx Limited maintains data processing arrangements with its service providers covering the security and confidentiality of personal data, and will update this section to reflect any additional legal mechanism that becomes applicable as its client base or vendor arrangements change.

Encryption: SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission
Authentication: Two-factor authentication (2FA) for account access
Access Controls: Access to personal and trading data, whether by our own staff or by service providers, is restricted to those who need it to perform their role, on a need-to-know basis

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While Navion Fx Limited strives to protect information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Data Retention

Account Information: Duration of account relationship plus 5 years after closure
Transaction Records: Minimum 5 years as required by financial regulations
KYC Documents: Minimum 5 years after account closure
Marketing Data: Until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested

9. Your Rights

Right of Access: Request copies of personal information
Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Right to Erasure: Request deletion of personal data (subject to legal obligations)

Tier 1 Countries (Not Served): United States, United Kingdom, European Union member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and any other jurisdiction requiring specific local licensing that the Company does not hold.

Blacklisted Countries (Restricted): Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Crimea and Sevastopol (and other Russian-occupied Ukrainian territories), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Kuwait, Myanmar, North Korea (DPRK), Papua New Guinea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other jurisdiction currently subject to comprehensive international sanctions or named on the current Financial Action Task Force list of jurisdictions under increased monitoring.

This list combines sanctioned jurisdictions and jurisdictions on the current FATF monitoring list. The FATF list is reviewed and revised three times a year; the names above reflect the list as of the effective date of these Terms and should be checked against the current FATF list at each revision.
